职位描述：
主要任务和职责 ：
1．客户端计划沟通的窗口根据客户预测，分析库存与客户需求，制定主生产计划。
2．接收客户订单，制定发运计划，并跟踪发运计划与订单的完成确保完成客户正常拉动。
3．安排出口发运，跟踪出口货物到货情况。
4．根据客户预测和需求，向工厂发布产能调查，督促工厂完成产能需求。
5．审核工厂周生产计划与日生产计划。
6．对主生产计划、生产计划、发运计划的完成情况进行分析、总结.
7．确保客户端、异地仓库、在途库存以及成品库位的成品库存处于健康状态。
8．在客户端、部门内、工厂端对成品存在的问题及时报警、汇报。
9．参与计划工作的有效进行和持续提高,杜绝超额运费。
资格和要求
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 3年制造业计划工作经验，有汽车行业背景。
3. 熟悉汽车行业计划系统
4. 熟悉qad系统，精通mrp模块。
5. 沟通、团队、冲突协调能力强
6. 英语良好
primary duties and responsibilities
1．customer sides planning contact window ,according to customer forecast, analysis inventory and customer demand, make master production plan，
2．receive customer order, make and follow up shipping plan and customer order to satisfy customer demand.
3．arrange shipment and follow export cargo.
4．according to customer demand, investigating plant production capacity, expediting plant to satisfy customer demand capacity.
5．monitoring plant weekly production plan and daily production plan.
6．analysis and summarize master production plan、production plan、shipping plan.
7．make sure fg in good status. including customer side、remote warehouse、 in transit and fg warehouse .
8．to alarm and report when fg side emergency happen in customer、pc&l and plant.
9．be responsible for running and improving all kinds of work related to planning，avoid premium freight.
analytical requirements:
1. good ability of data analysis.
2. bachelor degree
3. 3 years of manufacturing planning experience, automobile industry background.
4. be familiar with planning system of auto industry.
5. qad and mrp function knowledge needed.
7. with good english
6. good ability of communication, team building and conflict coordination.
